01Are you a contractor or law firm?+
No. We are an independent construction advisory service. We review project pricing, scope, and business terms; we do not provide legal advice or perform construction work.
02How is support provided?+
The standard process is completed online through written findings and email-based support. No scheduling or phone call is required.
03What kinds of projects do you review?+
Renovations, additions, kitchens, baths, new homes, accessory structures, and major exterior projects. If the scope falls outside our expertise, we will tell you before accepting payment.
04How quickly will I receive my review?+
Basic Reviews target 48 hours and Complete Reviews target 72 hours after we receive complete documents. Large or complex projects receive a custom turnaround.
05Can you tell me if a price is fair?+
We assess whether pricing appears complete and reasonable for the stated scope and market context. Construction costs vary, so we focus on gaps, assumptions, allowances, and leverage—not a simplistic good-or-bad verdict.
06Is my information confidential?+
Yes. Your documents and project details are used only to complete your review and are not shared with contractors or referral partners.
07What if my contractor has not provided a contract yet?+
The Basic Review covers an estimate or proposal without a contract. You can choose a Complete Review when both documents are available.
08Do you guarantee there will be no change orders?+
No review can eliminate all construction risk. Our work materially improves visibility before signing, but hidden conditions and owner-requested changes can still affect cost and schedule.
